Positive vibes workshop with reiki, crystals and gong 25th Sept 2025

Join Karen and Danni for an evening of positive vibrations using reiki, crystals and gong!

As you lay down, rest and relax, this 2 hour workshop combines hands on/hands off crystal reiki with Danni using universal energy and crystals to balance energy centres and emotions as Karen uses the sounds and vibrations of the gongs to create a unique and restorative experience.

Within this workshop, the ancient energy healing practice of reiki combines flawlessly with crystals and sound healing to bring you balance, peace, relaxation and create a positive experience for your mind, body and soul. You will also gain some understanding and insights into these healing modalities before expereincing them.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow but a mat can be provided if you don't have one
