Our workshops and retreats are designed to let you explore in more depth the areas of wellbeing which most appeal to you, in the way that best suits your schedule and interests.
Activities range from coaching and personal development, gong meditation, nutrition, naturopathy, organic skincare and make up, yoga and physical fitness. Workshops are non-residential, and range from 2-hours to a full day.
Retreats are residential packages and range from one night to a week. All of them are, of course, in beautiful locations in the North West of England.
