Then move between the warmth of the wood fired sauna provided by Casgen Sawna and the invigorating OPTIONAL cold plunge- a ritual to awaken your senses, clear mental fog and leave you feeling renewed.

And if you are not in any rush to leave after the retreat ends at 530pm- drive down to the beach and enjoy some time around the fire till 7pm
